Nightshades ...are they deadly?

Pretty much everything I like to eat is supposed to be bad for my condition. Thank goodness Im not Italian, as I wouldn't know what to do!Tomatoes is a big one...This is controversial.. some people believe its a factor in inflammation some do not. I'll leave it up to you to decide..you may be familiar with Nightshades. Ive looked for some different points of view.. as I am undecided but i do believe some might be aggravating my condition Please join in the conversation. I will say this I was juicing tonnes of berries before my big flare ups..
